Refund Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Speediance product for a full refund. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@speediancesa.co.za
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
Important: Do not ship your return without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@speediancesa.co.za with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Warranty Information
All Speediance products come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window, please refer to your product's warranty documentation or contact our support team.
